Not sure about the other comments or maybe I just got a not so great one. When I use it, i notice it's not as pigmented as I had hoped and it smudges right away. I like a little smudging to sharpen my shadowy eyeliner wing, but because it's not pigmented I have to press hard to over and over the sam...

These pens are the best eyeliners around. They stay put and yet are still easy to remove. I highly recommend this pencil.

2nd purchase. Bought 1st one due to HK but surprisingly great color, application, and on me won't budge, even after my 5 mile run. Some glitter but doesn't bother me and all comes off well. Sharpens well too.
