Was expecting better for the price
I purchased this directly from Ouai website. The pros of this hand soap is that there are microbeads to exfoliate. The cons are that the soap is so thick (like gel) that the pump clogs after each use. Also, I barely notice any fragrance. I have to stick my nose in the sink if I actually want to ...

Broken pump
I recently received this hand wash complimentary from Ouai and I loved the scent. It smells super clean and elegant. I loved the texture but i am also really disappointed because the packaging wasn't great as the pump was broken so I either have to buy a new pump or pour the content of hand wash in another container or bottle.
Very nourishing
Gifted by Quai. Very good handwash. Doesn't leave my hand dry, it leaves them feeling so soft and smelling incredible. It smells so good and alot of lather while im washing up. I keep on my sink at all times.
