I used this in conjunction with the Olaplex shampoo for Fine Hair. I had used the original Olaplex shampoo and conditioner in the past. This conditioner is much lighter than the original; it is still a rich texture, but is more gel-like. I feel like it applies easier, as well as rinses easier than the original. My hair does not feel weighed down with use, but is light and soft. A little goes a long way, so you don't go through the bottle as quickly as you would think - so even though it is expensive , it does last a long time. And besides, the effects of the are worth it! My hair had been bleached multiple times over the years, but I've been growing my hair out; and while magically I don't have split ends, the ends are much drier and straw-like compared to the new growth higher up. I hadn't been using olaplex original shampoo and conditioner for a while as I was trying something new , but after just one use of these products, I noticed that my hair is softer and smoother and feels more hydrated. It also has a nice shine to it without appearing greasy. It noticeably has more volume to it as well after just one use. And after multiple uses, I've noticed a decrease in shedding , so I'm assuming my hair is also stronger with less breakage. In a short time of use, my hair already appears overall healthier.
