- Apply to damp or dry hair.
- Hold spray 6-8 inches away and spray lightly, or spray directly into palms and manually coat mid-lengths and ends.
- Brush through hair to evenly distribute.
- Style as usual and reapply throughout the day as needed to add back moisture and control frizz.
PRO TIP: Use daily on dry hair to tame frizz, static and flyaways. Spray 1-2 pumps into your palm, rubbing palms together to evenly distribute. Lightly stroke hands over areas of frizz to smooth flyaways.

It can be applied either to damp or dry hair. Old lady musty smell
It's hard to comment on whether the product works because the smell is abysmal. Best way I can describe it is musty old lady smell. Thankfully this was a sample and I did not purchase. Throwing away.
Great Heat Protectant Spray
I picked this up on a whim a few months ago because my hair was looking frizzy and damaged from daily straightening. I use this product 5-6x a week and have noticed my hair looks healthier/more shiny (I havent changed anything else in my hair routine). Yes, this spray can get a little sticky, but if you have finer hair - less is more. I use about 3 sprays before styling (right side, left side and back). Be sure to take your glasses off before spraying! I would definitely recommend this product and purchase again.
