Urban Decay Cosmetics Naked Shaped Multi-Tasking Eyeshadow Palette Cool

I was so ecstatic when this arrived for me to use and give my honest feedback. First off I've always been a fan of Urban Decay and have used it for 20yrs. This pallet is just all the vibes. I love the cool tones because it 100% matches my skin tone. You can use it for more than just eye shadow. It's high quality, blends smoothly and gives a great look. It doesn't fall all over the place either. You can take the neutrals or add my favorites with the glittery sparkles for a subtle but glamorous look. The palette is packaged nicely with an easy slide lid. It doesn't accidentally open tho. I just wish I had room to store a brush but that's because more often than not I'm in a parking lot putting my makeup on. The pallet is big but still fits in my make up bag in my purse.

The formula holds up impressively—crease-resistant, long-wearing, and comfortable throughout the day but depending on where is used it can feel a bit chalky, this is not a deal breaker. Plus, it's cruelty-free and vegan, which is always a big bonus.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I am a big fan of palette. I got the cool and the colors are perfect. I do not like gray tones and I feel like when I am looking at eyeshadows for more cool/neutral they tend to run with more grays. Not this one. It is full of perfect taupe and browns that are not too warm for me. I am loving the creams. They are so easy to swipe and go for busy mornings. You can just use your fingers. Then when you have more time or need an evening look you can easily achieve that too. This is the most versatile from minimal to glam palette. It is all I need. They are perfectly pigmented, blendable and the creams and powders work seamlessly together. I may be the only weirdo that uses it but I do really miss having a mirror built in. I always use the mirror on my palettes when I'm doing my eyes. It just works easier, so I do wish there was one!

I received this product in exchange for my honest review and I have so many thoughts on this palette... I will start with the packaging. It's fun and I like the design and how it sides open to revel the pans. It does give the palette an almost futuristic effect. However Its cheap, it's made up of this ultra light weight plastic. It also doesn't have a mirror, which to me is fine. I don't typically use the mirrors in palettes anymore. This is odd cool toned palette... As in It's like Cool, Neutral and Warm all at the same time. Its gives you day to day options great for simple clean looks, the shades are pretty but the performance of the palette just did look right. I loved the color story but most of the looks I created made me look a little gray/sickly. For example the shadows look like they should go together but then they contrast each other causing the look to be a bit harsh. All the shimmers were nice with the perfect amount of pigments except the shade Faux Snow It was more chunky and had minor fall out issues but was still a pretty topper. There are four cream shades but they also had powdery finishes. These worked great for liners but weren't quite pigmented enough to give me the sharpness I would expect a liner to have. The powders applied smooth and pigmented. I was able to contour and hide a few blemishes with the creams and that was pretty cool. But overall the idea was great, but I think this is a miss for UD its very confusing but the formulas feel nice and it blended out easy. The bottom line is that the colors are off though, they just don't look right together and I think for $56 the colors should work together.
