It's an Okay Milky Toner
Its not as hydrating as other milky toners. Not dewey. Not sticky. Doesnt have a bad smell. Dries fast on skin. Its just another milky toner with no "wow" effect. For the price, Bubble milky toner is better.

Loving milky toners ever since I tried the Rhode and HaruHaru. I'm not loving the product. It's not really hydrating like other milky toners on the market. Dries fast when applied. For the price, the Bubble milky toner is better.

This toner is great! I initially bought it as a replacement for the niacinamide toner that was discontinued. I've been using it for about a month and I've noticed smaller pores, and fewer breakouts as well as overall brightness. It's definitely a new staple in my skincare routine.
