Q
I am currently using another product that is not recommended to use in the same routine as pure or ethylated vitamin C. Can you tell me if this would be considered either of those?
Asked by Ajblue
Official Answer By Murad
Yes, Vita-C Glycolic Serum does have some pure ascorbic acid in it. A product with some overlapping benefits that does not include pure or ethylated vitamin C is Rapid Dark Spot Correcting Serum. Was this answer helpful to you

Great brand and product

This is a great Vit C and glycolic acid serum. It does rhe job of smoothing and helping with discoloration. I have to comment on a previous reviewer who falsely stated that this product "does not even have Vit C in it." Well that's because you don't know that ascorbic acid is another name for Vit C....

I absolutely love this product. I loved it so much, I bought the larger bottle as well. However, BEWARE. The larger bottle is not the same product as the travel size- the color and smell are different and adds a shimmer/glitter. I will continue to buy the travel size; as it is the best product. The serum is thick but light weight and no greasy but beautiful glow🩷 it makes my face feel brighter, softer, and even skin tone with a very light orange scent. So amazing!

Smooth, even skin

Super impressed after using this for only 2 weeks. I dont love the packaging, but it has brightened my dark spots and smoothed over my dry irridated skin, and recovering acne spots. Really easy to move from once to twice a day use because there is no purging period. I much prefer this to a serum, it absorbs well. Recommend to anyone needing a Vitamin C product.

Unfortunately, it is not for my skin. It irritates my face and doesnt work with my moisturizer. It is fine on my hand. Need to go back to Clarins

This is a great Vit C and glycolic acid serum. It does rhe job of smoothing and helping with discoloration. I have to comment on a previous reviewer who falsely stated that this product "does not even have Vit C in it." Well that's because you don't know that ascorbic acid is another name for Vit C. Normally I don't comment on other's reviews. But i am growing weary of misinformation and people that jump to false conclusions without so much as a simple dictionary search and leading others with itching ears to believe the same. Sorry I work as a health care provider and have spent the last 4 years listening to conspiracy theories about a "fake" virus that has killed many of my patients and they believed an amoral politician and his minion believing cult over myself and colleagues. So sorry for the unload but do your research in all things and be appropriately skeptical when someone without knowledge speaks as if an authority on the matter. Professors, doctors, lawyers, preachers and even skin care reviewers!
