Amazing!
I received this product complimentary from Fresh. This cream is absolutely wonderful. It is rich and moisturizing and leaves my skin so hydrated and absolutely radiant. It soaks right in and made my mature skin look wonderful. I skipped my foundation today because my skin looked so good!

New formula sucks
The new formula is so bad, caused my skin to break out in a red rash. Such a bummer, I had been using this for over ten years. :( RIP perfect moisturizer.

I've been using this product for years and recently purchased another jar and it is clear the formula has been changed. The cream now stings so bad. I wrote to customer service but they have not responded despite Fresh saying they will respond in 24 hours. Bring back the old formula!
Drying 😭
I'm 28 yrs old w/ extremely dry skin, and I'm just starting to see my 11's. I bought this moisturizer 2 weeks ago bc the packaging boasted anti-aging properties & hydration. This product did NOT add any hydration to my skin & it actually emphasized the the 11's I was trying to plump up. I was super disappointed & I'll most likely go back to the Biossance or Cosrx Snail Mucin moisturizers bc they actually work!

I love the texture and how moist the cream is on my clean
It burns and makes my skin look red
Product is great, but just not for me. I'm not sure if product is not a match with my toner or retinol but when applying it gives me a burn sensation and I look red but then it goes away. Product didn't work for me. It's probably a match for other type of skin but not with mine.
