I got a sample and just love it. I have to get the full size. I used it all over my face including the eyes and it worked good at removing even my eye makeup. So my question is why do you recommend using a separate cleansing product on the eyes? All you say is not to use it on the eyes but not why. Am I harming my eyes without knowing it? Using something else is adding another step and taking more time.
- Asked by cruelty free
- Official Answer By Origins US ENGreat question! The skin around the eyes is much thinner and more delicate than the skin on the face (and the body). We recommend using specific eye products, like a makeup remover, as rubbing can stress the fragile eye skin. Origins Checks and Balances Frothy Face Wash washes away makeup, impurities, and excess oils, leaving your skin feeling clean and refreshed. Simply take a small amount, add water to create a lather, and massage it onto the skin, avoiding the eye area. Be sure to rinse well. Was this answer helpful to you

- Asked by Cher

- Asked by Origins Checks and Balances face wash
- Official Answer By Origins US ENAll Origins products that remain on the face (makeup, moisturizers and sun products) undergo acnegenicity testing. Checks & Balances Frothy Face Wash
I began using Checks & Balances Frothy Face Wash I guess when it first came on the market! It is a wonderful product that cleanes off all make up and leaves my face feeling soft and thoroughly cleaned. A few months ago I failed to reorder this product when I ran out of it, so I bought a national bra...

I'm in the minority but... DRYING!
I've been perpetually perplexed at how others rave on this face wash. I've tried it now a handful of times, each time far from the previous, wondering if the prior were just anomalies. But sure enough every use feels like I'm stripping my skin of all moisture and leaves it in a horribly dry, uncomfo...

LOVE this product!
I love it's foaming action, and the fact that it takes just a dab in the shower. When I use my Clairins face brush, it rinses clean of my foundation that I wear. I'm always shocked when I try the samples of other facial cleansers and find that my face brush when rinsed after use remains covered in foundation! How can those inferior cleansers even clean your face?!
Fantastic!!
My mother-in-law had gotten me some samples from the Estee Lauder company, and they gave her the frothy face wash and the face scrub from Origins. They're both great!! I have bumpy/combination oily skin with lots of dirt that builds up on my nose and chin. In minutes, this CLEARS EVERYTHINGGGGGG. I message it everywhere on my face and it leaves me squeaky clean without drying or stripping my skin, I love it!
Zero Complaints
It was very surprising how wonderfully this worked and cleaned my face. I work with animals a lot, so my face gets a beating with dirt. This has been safe to use twice daily and my skin appreciates it. I use it in combination woth glow recipe moisturizing products.
