Mighty Patch products are phenomenal. I am currently using them for my 20 year old disabled daughter, who requires full care. I wish Mighty Patch was available back in the eighties! Perfect for oil acne
Removed so much gunk i didn't realize it was that bad. Wish i could show pictures so you could see all of the gunk on the patch. Very satisfying pull.

Don't waste your money - they do nothing

If I could give zero stars, I would. Same as the nose patch, these did absolutely nothing but make my chin sweat and have wrinkly lines on it for a day. Did nothing for blemishes, black heads. Literally nothing came off onto the patch after sleeping with it in for eight hours. I bought three different kinds and I'm irritated I can't get my money back. Not sure if all these great reviews are being paid for to say they work but they absolutely don't. Very unfortunate.
