This eyeshadow quad has a very high PSI, so the pressure that they used to press it in was very high making it feel like it comes already somewhat hard panned. The one shimmer shade, on the quad that I got, is at a slightly lower PSI, but that's to be expected for a shimmer and it's still high for a shimmer especially. They are not highly pigmented but I'm not sure if they're intended to be made this way -for a softer look. The problem is they're not the most buildable either. There is some buildability but not as much as I would like. Kick up is very low. Blend is good. It comes in a little velvet pouch like Gucci pallets do. Overall I'm a little disappointed but I'll still use it on days that I'm going for a really soft look I guess. It's still fun to own as a luxury item.

I love this basic, all matte neutral eyeshadow quad. It is the perfect everyday look which you can tweak to go smoky or add a shimmery shade on top. The darkest shade can be used as a liner for a soft look and for some, the grey-taupe shade can be used on the brows. It's basic and versatile at the same time.
