CLEANSE SKIN: Thoroughly cleanse and dry your face. We recommend using a FOREO LUNA Facial Cleansing Massager with Micro-Foam Cleanser. (TIP: For optimal results, you can apply a hot towel to your face for 5 minutes to open up the pores, if desired).
SELECT PREFERENCES: Press the universal button to turn on KIWI. Adjust the vacuum suction intensity by pressing the button again, once for each level. Access more settings via the FOREO app.
REMOVE BLACKHEADS: Gently hold skin taut. Then press the tip of the device flat against your skin, and quickly glide across your face in upward motions. Once finished, gently wash your face with water and pat dry. Complete your treatment by thoroughly moisturizing skin.

Works great!
I wasnt sure how well this would work but I was pleasantly surprised by it. The next day when I looked at my skin, it looked super smooth & my makeup went on flawless. Definitely would recommend!
worth it
It is practical, rather gentle on the skin, considering the fact that it is a pore vacuum device and it really does what it claims - minimal redness that goes away fast. I usually moisturize a couple of minutes after I finish the treatment. It is a pricey device, but these results are worth investing in for sure

I can't believe how effective kiwi is! I just needed to learn to make fast movements and it gets all the gunk out of my pores - I love how I can deal with my oily t zone in no time and there's only minimal redness that goes away after hydrating. Perfect and easy solution

I'm not sure what other people are referring to but I have the app and I do not have a subscription and this device works. I'm not subscribed to anything and it works just fine and the app has the how-to videos.
It works when you keep Device moving
This does suck the gunk out of your pores. It IS strong, with different levels of suction. That being said I've used this device a few times and after reading the instructions, what works is: Keep face moist or wet. I wet my face and use this in front of a steamer. MOVE QUICKLY as well. Wetness of skin and moving quickly prevents you from bruising your skin. YES, if you don't keep moving the device is going to suck your face and leave a "hickey" type mark. Move quickly as in a smooth drag, don't leave it over an area.
