- Remove strip from pouch. Twist strip to loosen and separate slits prior to use.
- After washing your face, thoroughly wet your nose. The strip won't stick to a dry nose.
- Dry hands. Peel strip off plastic liner. Apply to nose area, smooth side down, pressing down to ensure good contact with skin.
- Let dry for 10-15 minutes until stiff to the touch - like paper mache.
- Slowly and carefully peel off starting at the edges, pulling toward the center. Any residue left on skin is easily removed with rinsing.
Precautions: Do not use directly in the eye. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. Keep out of reach of children. External use only.

I just got these strips in the mail yesterday and tried 1 that night. I don't know what magic they put into this but it works. Can't even describe what it sucked out of my nose it just looks so much clearer & feels smoother. Would def buy again.

I really wanted to love these, as it appears they are discontinuing the Cosmic Vanish strips that I've used regularly for ages. Unfortunately they fall short. I do like the size and shape of the new strips, but the strikes against it are: 1-Cosmic Vanish offered strips for the nose, forehead and chin while the kale strips are nose only. 2- The smell is less appealing. 3- Overall they appear less effective. In the end, I will seek a better natural alternative elsewhere but will buy these if that fails.

I was excited to try these but they were so dry and almost slick on the side that was suppose to stick so they wouldn't adhere to my nose well and peeled up. Waste of money
