- First, sharpen eye pencil with a sharpener to achieve a round point for a smooth application.
- To apply eye pencil to the top eyelid, make dots along the lash line where the lashes meet the skin.
- Next, connect the dots in a sweeping line along the eyelid. For a smudged effect use an eye brush over line to blur edges.
- Apply one or more layered lines for a darker look. For lower eyelid, apply on the inner rim as close to the lashes as possible.
In case of irritation, discontinue use immediately.

Misleading Description - So Disappointed - Returned
Pencil was super hard, hurt to apply and did not go on smoothly at all. Forest green was so dark it was almost black. Couldn't find anything to like about this - would NOT recommend.

Great for Sensitive Eyes
If you have any sensitivity to eye makeup then this eyeliner is for you. I can't handle most eye makeup without having a reaction but Ere Perez products really work for me.

I love purple, green, and blue eyeliners but since tarte doesn't have eyeliner shades like that anymore it's been hard to find green which is what I was missing. I have Ere Perez Lip & Cheek stains which I love and was happy to find the brand at ulta. Even happier to find more products. And the Deep Forest Green eyeliner is exactly as pictured, i love it. I hope they come out with an Emerald shade and stock sone more current colors Ere Perez has as one can tell from the pictures that not all the eyeliners are in stock.
