Lackluster Curls
I received this product in exchange for a review. I used a T3 curling iron typically and have fine straight hair. I curled my bottom layer with the conair but my hair would not hold the curl. Beware of hot handle
The curling iron itself works well but the handle for opening and closing the clamp gets hot so beware if you have sensitive fingers.

Within a week of purchasing the product, the screw came off that holds the iron clamp down. Tried to fix it and the screw keeps popping off. Warning the tiny screw will burn you when it flies off and the iron scrotched my sink. Would not recommend.

The on, off and temp buttons are flush with the surface of the iron and hard to use. Big problem if you don't have fingernails.

I am very happy with this 1" curling iron. It's easy to use, and it gives my shoulder length, fine hair just the right amount of soft curl. I used BB Heat Shield before drying my hair, and my hair remains well conditioned even after styling with the heat of the iron.
