Apply along lash line starting from inner corner of eye working outwards. For a smoky look, gently smudge line with built-in smudger.

I have the Infallible Never Fail Silky Pencil Eyeliner and I can't get the pencil to roll up after the tip is used. And I don't believe the pencil is to be sharpened as It has a gold colored metal band around the top which would prevent sharpening. How do I get the pencil to roll the pencil up????

Love the new carbon black!
This eyeliner is hands-down the best I have used. Other mechanical eyeliners always disappoint with the points breaking and me losing product down the drain. This lasts throughout the day and glides on nicely! My favorite is the newer shade, carbon black.

I have used Clinique eyeliner for years. My last purchase of one I was very dissatisfied with, so, I purchased the L'Oreal brand,,two, and SO glad I did. Love it! And, have changed my Clinique foundation to a L'Oreal foundation. Very happy with product and the price point in comparison…well, still some Clinique I will use but not going back to the make up …thanks L'Oreal.🤗

Great pencil especially for price, it does smudge easily under the eyes, but gets the job done.
Just started using
Have not used a pencil liner in an extremely long time.(use Maybelline New York Hyper Easy Liquid Pen). Wanted something for easier for under my lower lashes. Chose this one based on the reviews. I agree it goes on smoothly but also agree with the reviews that it is hard to keep a sharp tip.
