This has the EXACT same ingredient list, word for word, as the Neutrogena Hydro Boost Gel Cream in the tub for the face. Don't waste your money! It's a marketing ploy.

Burns
Like many other reviewers, this burned my under eye area so much I couldn't use it. My skin tolerates a very high prescription retinoid so is not overly sensitive. I think it is the phenoxyethanol which is very high up on the list of ingredients.
Irritating
irritating and visible burns all around my eyes circle. I also noticed that has the same ingredients than the face moisturizer with hylauronic acid.
just OK
This eye cream is just OK, I have very very sensitive skin around the eyes and there are some days where this stuff really stings. It doesn't seem to really hydrate the outer corners of my eyes, where I tend to get some flakiness. If you don't have super dry, sensitive skin this would likely be great for you!
Works!!!!
I cleanse my face, use a toner, then pat this under my eyes. I wait about a minute and let it dry then I use concealer. This stuff is great. It keeps my make up from settling into fine lines. Who would have thought this would beat Dior and other high end products!!!!!!
