Q
Hi Are any of your products without protein &/or panthenol? I'm sensitive to both. Thanks
Asked by Wambam
Official Answer By Innersense Organic Beauty - Brand Engage
Hi there! Thank you for your question! If you have sensitivities to certain ingredients, we always recommend reviewing the full ingredient list on the product packaging or online prior to use. Some of our formulas do include ingredients such as hydrolyzed rice protein and panthenol. If you have specific concerns, it may also be helpful to consult with your primary care physician or perform a patch test before full application. We hope this helps, and we’re sending you lots of hair love! Was this answer helpful to you
Q
I have thin to medium hair that I sometimes blow dry straight and sometimes use a diffuser to enhance my curls. The ends are dry and maybe my hair is overall dry from winter and blow drying so I thought the hydrating shampoo might be a good idea, but I'm also worried it might weigh my hair down. Which shampoo and conditioner do you think I should use ?
Asked by Sam
Official Answer By Innersense Organic Beauty - Brand Engage
Hi there, I would recommend choosing a lighter, less hydrating Hairbath for your fine to medium hair texture. Pure Harmony Hairbath or Color Awakening Hairbath would both be great options. When selecting your Hairbath, focus on your hair texture and desired level of cleanse, since this focuses more on the root of your hair. Since your ends tend to feel drier — especially with heat styling — we can address that through your conditioner instead. I’d suggest pairing it with our Hydrating Conditioner, and incorporating a mask like the Repair Mask or Hydrating Hair Mask as needed to support and nourish those drier ends, particularly during the winter months. I hope this helps! Sending you lots of hair love 🤍Was this answer helpful to you
Q
i have wavy fine hair will this be good? my ends get a lil dry and scalp sometimes dry and oil

Official Answer By Innersense Organic Beauty - Brand Engage
Hi there! Yes, Pure Harmony Hairbath is perfect for fine textured hair! It will give a deep cleanse for oil production while still giving a light hydration. I would pair it with the Pure Inspiration Conditioner and Sweet Spirit Leave In Conditioner so your ends stay hydrated. Sending you lots of hair love! Was this answer helpful to you
Q
I have color treated, thinning, curly hair. Which is the best line to use?
Asked by Lynn
Official Answer By Innersense Organic Beauty - Brand Engage
Hi there! The Hydrating Cream Hairbath is perfect for thirsty, color treated and coarse textured hair. It delivers the most hydration of the hairbaths in the line, utilizing raw Shea Butter and Monoi Oil. If you have color treated and curly hair with a coarser texture - this would be perfect! If you have more fine to medium textured hair, I would recommend the Color Awakening Hairbath, as it won't weigh your hair down but still offers a gentle cleanse with nourishment. Hope this helps! Q
Which products should I use on my hair? I have thin hair, but a lot of it, and I bleach it.
Asked by Bleach blonde
Official Answer By Innersense Organic Beauty - Brand Engage
Hi there! Since you have thin, color treated hair you can definitely use that Pure Harmony Hairbath for your hair. You can also use the Color Awakening Hairbath which is perfect for color treated hair. You can always add the Sweet Spirit Leave In Conditioner to boost hydration and refresh your hair in between wash days. Hope this helps - Sending you lots of hair love! Was this answer helpful to you

This is a fantastic shampoo

I was first introduced to this line from my cousin, who has dense curly hair. My hair is fine, wavy when air-dried, and has finally grown back out to be beautifully virgin hair. I used her Innersense, which included the scalp scrub, her hair bath made for thick hair, and the conditioner. I fell in l...

I am an African-American and Filipino mixed. I have tight coil hair which ranges to about 4A-4B. I bought the innersense shampoo and conditioner on February 6, 2026. I was seven months postpartum, and my hair was dry and lacked shine. I had seen many videos of women who have been trying this product, especially women with curly hair similar to mine. And they all seem to enjoy it. When I first tried the innersense shampoo and conditioner my hair was semi soft, but my ends were dry. although it was an improvement to how my hair was previously feeling. Due to my postpartum and a hectic schedule with my newborn I did not pay attention and noticed the small amount of hair loss. As I tried it more, I didn't realize the increase of hair loss, but I wasn't really washing my hair very often. I was stressed and tired. So I attribute it to postpartum, obviously. I tried many supplements to combat this. As I tried the supplements, the texture of my hair improved and so did the shine. Eventually, I gave my hair a break and put into a protective style for a month. After that following month, I took my hair down and I went to go wash it. As I was wetting my hair in the shower I noticed such a decreased in hair loss, which was so exciting. I washed my hair and applied the innersense shampoo and conditioner. I was rinsing out the product, and I noticed the handful of hair that started piling up. As you imagine, I was quite shocked and upset. I attempted to washed out all the product and reached for my Camille Rose clarifying shampoo. The clarifying shampoo seem to really help get the rest of innersense shampoo and conditioner product out. I would not recommend this product without obviously testing a small section. But I would also not recommend it for curly haired women. I was so sad with the results and how long it took me to notice that this was the cause. I obviously fell for the advertising and should've known better. Since I've stopped using it, my hair loss has decreased , and my curls have been bouncy.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

Nice moisturizer that does not weigh down hair. Love the light scent. Finally found a good combo of shampoo and conditioner.
