Not worth it
Bottle pumps out awkwardly- like not enough space do drips down the side. Seems to provide moisture but have only been using a couple weeks.
The Packing IS ABYSMAL!
The packaging is awful and unuseful. I ended up taking the refill out of the packaging, just to be able to pump it out, then put it back in to keep the product upright. Even if the packaging worked, it's too big to get the product out upright, so you would still have to tilt horizontally to keep the product from slopping all over the side side. This is definitely a pass for me. The verdict is still out on how well the actual serum performs, because I'm struggling too much with the packaging. I'm a bit of a serum junkie, and I have about a dozen body serums ranging from $80 to these at less than $10 (purchased all three types during the sale), but I'm highly unlikely to even repurchase a refill, unless the acual serum is aaaamazing. Whoever approved the packaging for this product needs a letter of reprimand, a retrain, placed on probation and shadowed by their supervior. I cannot believe someone thought this packaging was a good idea. All of us want to play our part and reduce waste, but this packing IS WASTE. The packaging alone will keep me from purchasing a refill of these serums. Theres too much plastic to contend with, and a slim plastic bottle that opens and closes magnetically, and a twist top, or even a plastic cap with every refill, would have been sufficent abd eco friendly. There's no reason for all of this plastic.
