I wanted to love these

I'm a big fan of homeopathic medicine and natural pain relief methods so when I saw these heating patches, I was excited to try them. I get really bad cramps, so any type of relief is appreciated. When I took the patches out of the box, they were much smaller than I thought they would be. I ended up...

Doesn't Work too Well unless Pressing Against

The patch is more on the small side and only can be worn over your clothes not on the skin. The heat does work when you pressing it against you such as laying over it. You don't really feel it if your laying on your back and you have cramps. It does help just a small amount for me. The adhesive is good where it stays in place.

I tried a patch out when I was experiencing some usual cramping. I tried attaching it to the front of my underwear and let the heat get to work, but ultimately had to move it to my shirt.  The patch provided several hours of comforting heat. Pros: - The patch stayed warm for longer than the stated 6 hours, I think mine lasted for a few hours beyond that, which was a pleasant surprise. - The heat was consistent and helped to soothe my cramps, when I felt it. - These are thin and discreet, which, if I was able to wear as directed, would be a dream. - Natural ingredients always appreciated, and this is something I might consider buying for my daughters when they reach "that age." Cons: - Shape. I think a larger, curved design would be an improvement as my cramping usually extends from ovary to ovary (not just on one side). -Size. The patch measures 2.75" x 3.5" inches which was a little small for me. I am a big girl, 5'4" and about 300lbs. I have had kids so have a "mom apron" which made it difficult to adhere these to my underwear, so I put on my shirt while I was hanging out at home on the sofa. I had to press it into myself in order to get the heat properly situated.

These heating patches have worked great for me during my time of the month. These heat pads have been wonderful find for my bad menstrual cramps. I don't have to take ibuprofen or any other pain reliever or other medication anymore which is good for my stomach. I can make it through my day with almost no pain. They are nice and discreet. I wear them under my clothes at school and no one even knows that I am using the heating patches. They provide more than 6 hours of relief from cramp pain. They definitely do what they claim too and have made my life easier.

I'm an avid user of heating patches to help alleviate period cramps. The Real heating patch is awesome! It lasts for a while and really helped calm my uterus. It fit perfectly and didn't get too hot. I most definitely recommend giving it a shot!

I have endometriosis which causes SEVERE cramps each months. These heating patches did not do much for my cramps. I'm wondering if they would've helped a girl w normal cramps? But the patches didn't really get hot enough at all; just warm. So not enough to help me, sorry.
