Swirl a powder brush over the powder. Tap off the excess. Apply onto the face and neck to set makeup.

I have pretty dry skin and because this powder has the tiniest bit of a glow it is perfect for me. It also the BEST sifter turning mechanism for such an affordable powder. I was afraid that the glow would be too much. It is perfect, just enough to keep away that powdery dry look. I don't do any heavy setting like baking but a light dusting with a powder brush helps set everything perfectly.
