Not for me
This shampoo smells nice and lathers well. Pretty much smells and looks similar to Nioxin's system shampoos. However, it's too drying for my hair. Even with a conditioner. I will stick with Nioxin's serums, but use the brand of shampoo and conditioner that is better for my hair. My scalp might need one thing and my hair another.

Ever since I had COVID 4 years ago now, I have not been able to get my hair to grow back. I lost so much hair. I already have very fine hair, but always had SO MUCH of it, my stylist used to comment on it every time. But after COVID I lost so much of it and was continuously losing handfuls every single shower. I follow Abbey Yung and have been learning how to care for my hair. The quality of my hair has significantly increased, but still, could not get it longer or fuller. And I was still losing handfuls. Abbey posted about this shampoo and I figured, I've tried literally EVERYTHING ELSE under the sun, why not give this a go. It took about a third of the bottle to see results, but WOW what a difference. I'm FINALLY back to the normal amount of shedding: a few pieces here and there. I feel like my hair finally has a chance to return to it's former glory and I'm really excited for that. Now I will have to deal with all of the little baby hairs, but it's 100% worth it. I will continue to buy this, for the rest of my life if needed. I do mix in another shampoo, usually a bond-building shampoo, to get those benefits as well. But this shampoo is life-changing.

I've been using it just over two month now and I wash my hair three times a week. I have noticed a slowing of hair loss but it's too soon to see any real results. It doesn't leave my hair dry or oily like a lot of the other products on the market. It takes very little product and has a great lather.
Too Drying
Made my scalp and hair very dry which in turn made my scalp itchy and irritated the day after use. Will not be using this as I cant get past that, but if you have an oilier scalp this might work for you.
