Use either in the AM and PM or when needed. First, cleanse your face, then sweep a saturated cotton pad across face, neck and décolletage, avoiding eye area. Follow with a serum or moisturizer (no need to rinse off).

if you have acne/sensitive skin do not get!!
i first used this product in june, and a few more uses later i had a bad breakout which caused me to get cystic acne and lots of small bumps/texture. this product ruined my skin its now october and im still recovering from this breakout, all my acne prone and sensitive skin ppl stay far away from this
Using for 5 months now, I really like it!
Overall, I really like this product. Im still buying it after 5 months of use so far. For skin type reference, im a Caucasian 31 y.o. Female with combination skin (dry to oily T zone). Somewhat sensitive skin. Living in mideastern USA in an area that doesnt get a whole lot of sun (saying this in case the sun causes more issues with skin sensitivity). I use it every morning as a part of my skin care routine, followed by serums (clinique) and moisturizer (dermalogica). At night time, I alternate with a toner from Clinique. Personally, I LOVE the way my skin feels after I use the Pixi Glow Tonic. It leaves my skin feeling super smooth/hydrated, and the scent isnt as harsh as other toners, like my Clinique toner that has a strong alcohol smell. As for the burning sensation, I personally like it, ill explain more below. I expected the "burning" sensation before I tried it the first time, I can't remember if it's because I read that from the bottle or from the reviews, but I expected it. It feels more like spicy tingling rather than burning for me, which makes me feel like its doing what it claims to do. I do have sensitive skin and some autoimmune issues, so I tend to have to be selective with my products. If you have super sensitive skin, this may not be the product for you. Id spot test to be sure. It sounds like some of the people in the reviews are especially sensitive, or even allergic, to the the Glycolic acid in it. Have no complaints so far, except I wish they sold a bigger bottle of this lol. Its about as tall as a pen/pencil. Maybe slightly taller. But for now ill just purchase extra bottles so I dont have to buy as often. Id definitely recommend this product overall!
Absolute favorite toner! Have bought this again and again!

I LOVE this toner! It really leaves my skin glowy and feeling moisturized. I first received a sample and fell so much in love that I bought the full size bottle. I'm on my second bottle now and it's almost time to restock again. This has become a staple in my skincare routine! I don't have very sensitive skin so no issues with that for me. I would highly recommend trying.
Wanted to love
I received a couple sample sizes of this product and decided to purchase this toner because it was working great on my skin initially. Unfortunately, within a couple months of using this product it has made my face breakout like crazy and I will no longer be using this. For reference, this has been the only product to change in my skincare routine.
