How much melatonin is in this product? I find myself not wanting to use it consistently because I don't want to become reliant or cause serious/ long term disruptions to my natural sleep cycle. I tend to get insomnia but if I use this on more than one area it completely knocks me out. I'd love to be able to approximate a dose somehow.

I used this product nightly until the entire jar was gone. I took before and after pictures. Not only have I not felt a difference, one can't be seen either. It moisturized and smells good but that's it. It doesn't deliver what it claims.
