You need to get primer, otherwise doesn't work
Im gettibg the concept, but the primer should just come as a pack.. i dodnt know this .. today i tried, its not as thick on the wand like the pictures show, you have to do msny strokes to make it appear.. i had to use a white primer from a different brand and i mean it worked with the tip of the wan...

The packaging is beautiful but it wasn't quite what I expected. It made my light eyelashes look like they had snow or something on them. Not useful for everyday but fun for a night out.

The Famous Top Coat Mascara is the perfect top coat for a classy addition to my mascara. The brush applicator is wide-spaced which is great for a top coat that doesn't ruin the base mascara, and it doesn't flake. I would consider myself to have sensitive skin near my eyes and I haven't had any issues. The glitter is perfect if you're not looking for a crazy amount of glam, but still want to highlight your lashes!!

I was a bit confused by this too cost mascara. I couldn't tell any difference between using this top coat and using my regular mascara without it! Maybe I wasn't using it correctly?
