I was quite disappointed to find that Kiehl's Facial Fuel with SPF 20 was nothing like the regular Kiehl's Facial Fuel. Not refreshing at all and gives my face an odd sheen the regular does not. After using the regular for many years, I wish I'd just stuck with the regular and put on SPF separately. Even more so since I bought three tubes. I very much wish I could swap out the two unused tubes for the regular Kiehl's Facial Fuel!

This item is sticky. It has a horrible feeling on your face. This product is not like the one without sunscreen at all. It gives a white film effect at first. This is not comfortable. This is my second review to save others the headaches. For sone reason my first review is not showing. They responded to my review with a link to see how to return an item. It should mot cost me to return. They should back their products. It doesn't say free returns. Not what I expected from this company. Need to get better customer service skills and be a little more detailed of They want to keep their customers.
