Can this brush be used tl conceal under the eyebrow in order to sharpen it

Can this brush be used as a setting brush? Like with powder to set concealer?

Great for concealing and blending in small areas
I typically use a beauty blender for concealing, but have noticed several makeup artists use brushes instead. I've had great success with other Real Techniques products, so I decided to purchase this brush. It is awesome for concealing smaller areas, such as the bridge of your nose and above and below the lips. I got great results from it and plan to continue using it.

For the price, this is fantastic! It's my go-to concealer brush. And, it's incredibly easy to clean. I've been impressed so far, and I highly recommend!
