I attributed this to differences in the water. I haven't used clarifying shampoo before, but I gave this one a try, and WOW I could physically feel that my hair was lighter. My scalp feels super clean, my hair feels clean and soft, and the heaviness/waxiness from products is gone. The scent is very nice as well. For reference, I have thin and fine straight hair that I wash daily. Super happy with this purchase!

Smells good but not clarifying. Left my daughter's hair very greasy at the roots. Will not purchase again.
Hair loss
I have wavy, slightly curly, color treated hair. I wash my hair once every 3-4 days. After the first time I used this a week ago, I noticed I started losing a little more hair than usual. I just used it a second time today and my hair loss has doubled, maybe even tripled. I havent changed anything else in my hair care routine other than this shampoo.
Not bad but not clarifying
This shampoo is not horrible, but it definitely doesn't clarify. I have very long, fine but thick wavy hair. I wear it natural most of the time so I use curl creams and gels and need a good clarify often because my hair is prone to build up. Even when shampooing twice my hair felt sticky when it dried, it did not get off the product buildup. I need a clarifying shampoo to really make my hair squeeky clean and this did not do that.
