All of this company's products are high quality and have never disappointed me. This scarf is great when you have your hair up in the no-heat curlers as it helps to keep everything in place with you go about your day really cute and silky soft love the color! I have not used the scarf for sleeping, but I'm sure it would work well if you are not a toss-and-turner
