Based on the reviews of the individual fragrances I was excited to try out the samples, but I can honestly say they all smell awful. I even had my husband and son try on the fragrances to see if it was just my own body chemistry, but they smelled terrible on all of us. Santo Wood was the absolute wo...

It doesn't matter what I picked, because fragrance is very subjective. Read the descriptions of the scents. So many reviewers complained about the Palo Santo scent being to woody or smelling like a campfire. It is a holy wood. People shouldn't be upset or disappointed that it smells like what it is. I found that each scent is accurately described and smells like what they are supposed to smell like. My one note would be that if you go to Oak Essentials website & buy this sampler, you will receive a discount on the purchase of a full size fragrance. That is not available here on Ulta. Wish I had known that...
