Do NOT shake the bottle. Before bed (after cleansing and toning), dip a cotton swab into the pink sediment at the bottom of the bottle. Dab directly on the surface blemish; do not rub in. Let dry and rinse off in the morning. Do NOT use on broken skin. Do not apply to eye area. If product gets into eyes, rinse well with water.

Which steps could I use before using this product to wash my face? I also have a combination of oily and dry skin. Will it be a good fit for me? My skin is sensitive and my pimples have cause dark spots. Please help!

- Official Answer By Mario BadescuLet's find you the perfect routine! It seems like you have a combination skin type. For cleansing: I recommend to double cleanse: First a makeup remover like Mario Badescu Cleansing Oil, followed by a gentle daily cleanser like Gentle Foaming Cleanser. You can also add a cleanser that exfoliates the skin 1-3 times per week. I like the Glycolic Foaming Cleanser for this, but if you feel more oily moving into summertime, you could try the Acne Facial Cleanser. Next up: It's really important to moisturize the skin. The Clarifying Serum with Azelaic Acid is a great serum to try because it hydrates and balances sensitive skin, and it helps with dark spots. Follow that with an oil free moisturizer like Hyaluronic Dew Cream or Mineral Sunscreen SPF 30 for daytime! If you ever get tempted to pick at a blemish (it happens to me sometimes!), Drying Patch is a great way to protect the skin throughout the day.Was this answer helpful to you

What if I shook it? Did I ruin it?

Your directions state to use after cleansing and toning which leads me to believe before serums and moisturizing. However, I think the date was January 20th you tell someone that it is AFTER moisturizing making it the very last step. Sooooo, which is it?

Honestly dient buy but i used my sisters & i get really bad hormornal acne. This product has been helping tremendously. I get bad spots on my face & on my body on the most unwanted areas if you know what i mean 😹 and ill apply after a shower down stairs and i havent had a outbreak!!!!! Ive used everything to try and help & so far this has been a saving grail the last 3 weeks!!!

Funciona muy bien, me aplico con un hisopo el producto en cada granito en la noche justo antes de dormir y para el dia siguiente el grano va desapareciendo. Si tiene algo de olor a alcohol pero la verdad es que no afecta en nada (para mi) me quita los granitos rapido y la mancha de acne va desapareciendo poco a poco.

I have acne prone skin and wanting to dry out my pimples I used toothpaste and burned my skin on my face.... I bought this lotion and was so happy content with the product. works so well and doesn't irritate my skin. I would recommend this product to anyone 10 out of 10
Mario Badescu Drying Lotion Works
There's not much to say except that this stuff really works. If you use it as directed it dries up blemishes very quickly. If you accidentally shake it up don't worry, the pink stuff will settle at the bottom the way it's supposed to. I would buy this again.
