Hurts when I don't get it right
Two stars because is cute but holy crap do I have to be precise when curling my lashes. I have to open my eyes really wide and pull down my undereye area otherwise it grabs a chuck of skin and hurts pretty bad. Gets the job done once I manage to get it right but is really annoying how i have to work around it
Missing charm
In the photo you can see there's a little charm that is on the eyelash curler. Mine did not come with that.

I liked the curler, I don't know that it was any different than any other eye lash curler I have used. It had a cute design and came with extra pads. It worked well
