Shake bottle to combine the phases and lightly moisten a cotton pad. Apply the pad to lids and lashes and leave for a few seconds, then wipe off eye makeup. Rinse well.

Formula changed
This was my all-time fav eye makeup remover, but the last bottle I purchased wasn't the same. The formula seems more oily and yes - its making my vision blurry also! I have to rinse my eyes after using. Disappointed to see it appears to have had a forumla change. I will go back to Clinique
Used to be great - Horrible new formula

This used to be my go to eye makeup remover. I purchased a new one in September and have used it a few times since, and like another person my eyes were blurry after using it. Terrible new formula. Slowly losing a loyal Chanel customer.
Not worth the price
I was using Clinique but decided to try this one. I had to use remover with Chanel than Clinique. My eyes are blurry after using it and the skin around my eyes were very oily. I am disappointed with this product.

There is no other eye makeup remover better than Chanel's. I have worn every brand of mascara in print work modeling and in the many hats I wear in the entertainment industry. I'm 49 and have worn mascara since I was 9. Try Chanel's mascara too.
