This could never truly be a scalp brush. It hurts your head so bad. Thought maybe I could use on my dog instead. She hated it too. Save your money.

Magnificent for fine hair
My hair is very fine and straight, so when I take a shower the water almost makes it turn into a helmet on my head. This makes cleaning the roots of my hair very difficult and means I need to use a clarifying shampoo almost every day to get it adequately clean. I bought this little brush hoping it would help lift my hair and allow the shampoo to penetrate my roots to get them clean, and it works amanzingly! Since using it, my hair looks so much shinier and cleaner and I haven't had a problem with greasy roots. I put shampoo directly on the brush and run it through my hair in circular motions to lather it up. I am able to get my roots nearest my face and on my crown, the most difficult spots for me. I still use clarifying shampoo, but only once a week now. The spikes are okay, I do not use a lot of pressure and I let them do the work for me. I am so glad I bought this little thing.

This really helps with dandruff. Im prone to it and I have definitely noticed a lot less dandruff after using it.
