MAC eyeshadows are the best, but this is not Bronze :(
MAC has some of the best makeup around for darker African American skin tones. Foundations, concealers, all skin like because they get the undertones exactly right. Even their eye shadows come in shades that really show up on our skin without being cakey or ashy. My all time favorite was Bronze. It's the perfect nude metallic shade for my skin tone, and every woman should have their metallic nude shade on hand. It's a great way to brighten the eyes whether you're wearing full makeup, or just a bit to brighten your face for that no makeup makeup look. Alas! Bronze is no longer in stock! After searching high and low online, Incinerated looked like the closest shade to Bronze. Clearly Brown, clearly metallic. But no, Incinerated is actually a very deep muted, purple pink on my skin. Giving no nude metallic brown at all. I'll need to return this one. Please MAC, don't forget us melanated lovelies :(
Incinerated looks like Bronze in photos, but it's Pink
I'm African American and I'm always on the lookout for beautiful nude frost shades that match my Nude. MAC had the most flawless Bronze eye shadow back in the day that now I can't find anywhere. I searched high and low and Incinerated looked like the one. Clearly metallic brown in photos. But once it arrived home, it was clearly a deep earthy purple pink, not Bronze at all. So disappointed that one of the most perfect eye shadow shades for Dark Skin has been discontinued by MAC. Nude frost/shimmer eye shadows are such an important staple in any lady's kit. Such a classic way to give fresh bright eyes with a no makeup makeup look! So sad I'll have to look elsewhere for this iconic shade. :(

I love Incinerated, so beautiful! I have brown eyes and blonde hair and this color looks gorgeous! I love that Mac eyeshadows feel so light on and none of them look garish. They can be as soft or as intense as you want. No creasing and they last all day and evening. Applies perfectly. Love! Give these colors a try, you'll love them!

This eyeshadow is very pigmented and a little bit goes a long way. Definitely perfect when looking to add a pop of color or just shimmer to your makeup look. I love how moisturizing it felt on my eye lids during the day and did not smear or wear off throughout wearing. Definitely recommend these eyeshadows if you are looking for a vibrant and long wearing product.
