Make sure the pencil is sharp for precision application.
To use as a liner, run the pencil along your lash line and let set.
To use as an eyeshadow follow line the eye, then sweep the pencil up and across the lid. Use your finger to blend shadow across the lid and socket.
For both applications, the formula will set after 30 seconds, so blend quickly.
Finish your look with Legendary Lashes Mascara (sold separately) for a beautiful Hollywood flutter.
Precautions:
Do not use this eyeshadow pencil on the insides of your eyes. If it comes into contact with your eyes, rinse thoroughly with water.
Always make sure the cap is firmly shut to ensure your Colour Chameleon lasts as long as possible.

I was able to use this a couple of times - and those times, the color and application was GREAT. Loved it. My favorite eyeliner
I use the Golden Quartz as an eyeliner (hazel eyes). It goes on smoothly and easily and does not budge at all. There is zero fallout.
Great formula!
The color is beautiful and does not tranfer if you're using it solely as an eyeliner and not shadow. The formula dries quickly so I recommend blending or shading immediately after application.
Fallout
So much fallout under my eyes...aged me by 10 years. Tried it with and without primer. The bronzed brown shade was pretty and it was easy to sharpen, but the formula needs work.
