To use as a liner, run the pencil along your lash line and let set.

To use as an eyeshadow follow line the eye, then sweep the pencil up and across the lid. Use your finger to blend shadow across the lid and socket.

For both applications, the formula will set after 30 seconds, so blend quickly.

Precautions:

Do not use this eyeshadow pencil on the insides of your eyes. If it comes into contact with your eyes, rinse thoroughly with water.
