Place the coldHER pads with the Phase Change Material (hard white side) facing your skin where cooling is most needed (i.e. chest, nipples, underarm). The Phase Change Material will gradually liquefy as heat is being transferred from your skin to the pad. Once the Phase Change Material is completely liquid or no longer providing cooling relief, remove the pads and allow them to harden again at room temperature. Depending on the temperature of the room, it may take between 30 minutes to 2 hours. Once hard, you may reuse again, and again, and again. For extra cold relief, or to speed up the hardening process, the pads may be refrigerated.

These cooling pads actually help. I've been running hot lately. I sleep with them in my bra most nights or slip them in after work. I like that you do not refrigerate them. They melt and solidify on there own. I love them so much I'm buying a second pair. I'm hooked.

A MUST HAVE!!!! These are so convenient and easy to use because they do not need to be refrigerated. They work… Instantly. I mean instant relief!!! Pop them in before parties, carry them with you a them for whenever it gets hot throughout the day. Amazing. Once again.
