Vacation Classic Lotion SPF 30 Sunscreen

I absolutely love the Vacation Classic Lotion SPF 50 Sun Jug. The new handle is such a smart update and makes it incredibly easy to use, especially as a mom on the go who is constantly juggling kids, bags, and sunscreen applications. The formula itself is very hydrating, which was a huge plus for my dry winter legs during my vacation to Palm Springs. It absorbed well without feeling greasy and kept my skin feeling comfortable throughout the day in the sun. I also really enjoy the scent, it feels nostalgic but not overpowering. Overall, this sunscreen feels both practical and luxurious, and it made sun protection effortless for my trip. I revived this product for free as part of an educational trial.

This smells amazing! It's not overwhelming but a soft vanilla and banana scent. It's a very pleasant sunscreen smell that I don't mind wearing all day. The sunscreen itself doesn't feel tacky or heavy when wearing for several hours. It spreads on easily and sort of melts into the skin with just a little bit of rubbing in. It also washes off easily with some soap and warm water. It didn't leave any sticky residue or clog up my pores. I also approve of the bottle design itself, but wish it some aspects were recyclable (for example, the band that comes with it for carrying is clever, but not very recyclable. They also encourage people to "collect" more, but what are we really going to do with more bands?) Overall, really love the sunscreen! I just wish it didn't come with the band. This sunscreen works excellent and smells like vacation. The bottle is huge so before our cruise I filled travel containers and it worked out great. The sunscreen is easy to apply and absorbed in your skin fast. It lasted for hours and we were in the water as well.

First of all, I love that this is vegan! It's also a big plastic jug so it's very likely to be recycled (except for the nozzle). This gets high marks for sustainability! Next, this smells amazing. It's a sweet banana/vanilla smell, not overwhelming at all. It basically melts in with just a little bit of work to rub it in. It feels moisturizing and softens my skin quite a bit, without any skin irritations. It also feels like it lasts all day but also washes off with some warm water and soap. No sticky residue left over! I really appreciate that there's so much product, especially since it's meant for the full body. The small rubber band that comes with the bottle is also cute and convenient for toting the bottle to the beach (although, maybe not as sustainable...) Overall, great product that I can see myself purchasing again!
