Looking at th reviews, the negative ones all seem to cite the pencil breaking easily. It isn't necessary to extend the pencil very fat, just enough to pencil in fine hairs. Then go over the brow with the powder and finally brush the brow to blend and create a natural look. Easy peasy. I love this product. In fact i just ordered my 2nd as I anticipate it is nearing the end of its life after nearly a year of use. So, not only does it work well but it ladts a long time.

The pencil part of this Brow perfect is so thin that the point kept breaking and even if the point was barely raised it would still break off. I have no pencil left and the it is not old. So disappointed and would love to get my money back as this was not inexpensive. Will not be buying this again

This product helps me to look fill and define brows. You need to be careful with the pencil I think is because is not creamy like others but works well. The last step with the gel is magic!
