They changed the product probably for cheaper ingredients. This new product made my scalp break out! They told me they changed the formula for cleaner ingredients but it is not true! Now they use parabens. Who knows what other cheap products they put in here. This is not the same and the cost has gone up! Look elsewhere you won't get any shine here.

I use this glossing shampoo every other day. I really like how my hair feels after I use it. I really like that it doesn't weigh my hair down. I like how shiny my hair looks, ( lots of compliments on how shiny my hair looks). I also like the fresh citrus scent.

So sick of companies changing tried and true formulas to be "clean". I don't care it's shampoo if it works it works. New formula is not good compared to the old one. Old formula left my hair shiny but also clean. I don't need natural ingredients in shampoo it's not food.

I bought this regularly for a long time and was very happy with it until a few months ago when new bottles started showing up discolored and clumpy. Company insists it isn't harmful, but "we don't think it's harmful" isn't what I was paying for.
