Not waterproof
The Wet n Wild Breakup proof skinny waterproof liquid pen has a fine tip to it. It was easy to use and goes on smoothly. I liked the color which was black. It did not smudge after I drew the line. Not for an emotional person
The tiniest tear will have this breaking apart on your eye. Its not even a little waterproof. My eyelid skin is in the normal realm vs oily or dry, so I'm going to say if you have oily lids, dont buy this at all The applicator tip is chef's kiss, though. Gets a super sharp and perfect wing. Just wish it was actually waterproof because i am a bit of an emotional person, and cry on the daily 🤣

Been on the hunt for my holy grail eyeliner for years! I have deep set, narrow eyes so it's important for my liner to have a precise applicator tip (placement is everything!). I also wear falsies/extensions and work long days so I need a true black pigment that can last all day... I've tried several luxury brands and not had any luck: Stila - not pigmented enough, slightly transparent and gets watery over time Fenty - the felt tip pen broke 2 months after purchase and was unfixable Tarte - too charcoal-like Nyx- not enough pigment and wears off easily Anyways, LOVE this liner and so so happy with the price!

Don't recommend buying this at all. I do like how thin the tip is, however it does dry up way too quickly
Not good
The one thing i like about this eyeliner is how precise it is. However, the amount of product you get is terrible. It dries up so fast. The only reason im keeping it around is to dip into my other eyeliners to get product, then go in with this one since it is skinner and more precise.
