Very subtle

First off, I want to say that I have NEVER dyed my hair, ever. I was interested in this product though since it was a subtle change that wasn't meant to be permanent. I was nervous as I dispensed that first pump onto my hands in the shower. The shampoo was black, so there was no turning back as soon...

Mixed feelings

I was very excited about this product, But when I revived it was damaged while being shipped the pump had snapped off and some product leaked out. That being said I was still able to get a few washes in. my hair did have a more orange tint to it before but not exactly what I expected.

The Silver one

I see a lot of complaints about it not working but I put it on my hair for 5-10 mins and it turns my light light blonde hair back into my platinum color that I get done every 6 weeks.. I love it becuz I can keep the platinum look daily now instead of 1 week.. (also I use it every other day to make sure it stays since I have to wash everyday due to a dirty work place)

I read through the reviews of the Strawberry color and I can see what everyone's saying now - there's a picture of the product where it looks like it's a light pink smear but when I got it, it was a very dark red/brown like blood. I have platinum hair and this came out more like a rose gold (so like a bronze color) and definitely not the light pink blush shown in the pictures on the Ulta Beauty website where I ordered it. It doesn't look horrible, but it's definitely not what I thought I was ordering. Fortunately, it's temporary and should come out in a few days. Will be avoiding this brand moving forward.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

One would think by the name, this product would be safe for use on blond hair. This is my second review of this product. My first review was for the Silver wash. This review is for the Strawberry wash. I have bleached blonde hair. When I used the silver wash, I didn't really get much of a result. I made a big mistake by trying the Strawberry wash. I used it just as directed. I shampooed and left it on for 5 minutes. When I stepped out of the shower I gasped. Even before drying my hair, I could tell it was RED! not "pastel pink" as advertised. When dried, it was more orangey red. And the color didn't even grab evenly. I have now washed my hair 6 times (3 of those with clarifying shampoo), and the color has only faded slightly. I don't think it will come out completely. I am probably going to have to go to the salon and have a bleach wash done to get my hair back to blonde. It is going to end up being an expensive lesson to learn.

I had to use it several times before it deposited much color and when it did, it was very patchy. I've dyed my hair pink several times and this is the worst product I've used. Get the Moroccan oil ones instead

I am a "bottle blonde". I purchased this because my new stylist is a little timid about leaving bleach on long enough, so I have more gold in my hair than I like. I usually use a purple shampoo and purple mask but wanted to try something new, so I purchased this in silver. The first 2 times I used it as directed (shampooed, left on 5 minutes, rinsed). It did absolutely nothing. I read some reviews online, and some suggested applying to dry hair and leaving it on for 15 minutes, before wetting, lathering and rinsing it. This method left me with a beautiful tone. I don't know if I would really call it "silver". It is more ashy blonde. But it is very pretty. I did notice it feels like it pulls moisture from my hair, so I followed up with a good brightening mask.
