Cleanse and gently exfoliate body. Apply sunless tanning product directly onto either side, along the band. Ensure the band is pulled tight, then move in back-and-forth motions on skin.
Care Instructions: Gently hand wash in cool water with mild detergent & rinse thoroughly. Air dry away from direct heat. Do not bleach, dry clean, or tumble dry. Avoid contact with other fabrics or surfaces after use.

Personally, didn't work for me
I Shimmied with it and tried every method, but unfortunately this did not work! I ended up using my mit instead. This also left it streaky and blotchy, which has nothing to do with the brand but more to do with how this made the mousse spread.
Just bad
I tried several different positions to get this to go evenly on my back but it does not get the very center. It goes right over your shoulder blades and misses that whole in between area (which was the point of using it for me). I wasted a bunch of self tanner too.

product works fine, way cheaper than others in the market.

Im plus size self tan weekly and have tried several back applicators. I was surprised how well this one worked for me. Streak free and great for the price point!
Didn't use for self tan
I have some shoulder issues and I've been struggling to apply lotion to my back. This works great for that!
