If you lost the tip of the liner you can release more in the following way: Place your thumb and index finger on either side of the tip and pull down once or twice (this should release more pigment). Breaks Off Offen
When it works, it glides smoothly. The applicator has a major flaw though because the tip breaks easily. Sometimes you have to clean the sharpening head with a Q-tip to empty out the contents so that it can sharpen again. Truthfully, I would prefer to just sharpen it myself.
Self sharpening!
I love this product! Self sharpens and goes on smooth. The only problem is that I have to buy it online now because my local store only carries two colors.
Hard to sharpen
2 out of the 3 i purchased is hard to keep sharp aand above the top of pencil. Should not be so much work
Disappointed
I have used this product for years. Unfortunately, the last 2 I bought the point has broken off every time I use it. I am throwing more of it away then I am using. I am looking for other options. So sad.
