Redken has always been my fall back on product. I'll try the others and end right back up here. I just wish they would get on board and use natural/organic ingredients. But yeah, recommend!

I'm still salty about Redken changing the original All Soft formula. I think it's been changed twice now and they seem to remove different oils each time. I would give anything to have the original All Soft formula with the avocado oil back. The original formula had the perfect mix of like 3 differe...

I have a keratin treatment in my hair. The keratin makes my hair shiny and healthy with zero frizz. They said this All Soft Redkin was the best selling shampoo at Ulta. My scalp started itching in less than 24 hours. My hair became flat and it had this thick film weighing my hair down. I could feel the oily residue on my hands after touching my hair. The ends became dry and unmanageable like hay or straw. I dont jnow what is it in but it feels like it just stripped my keratin treatment out. It also pulled whatever moisture and life out of my hair. It was so flat - my natural part looked greasy and dirty. The thickness of my hair changed and I could easily fit it all in one hand. Washed it out with a clarifying shampoo and some other products. The residue is gone but my hair feels dry like i need a masque treatment. I know somebody else using this shampoo / conditioner and their hair was thinning out. She assumed it was from something else. It's definitely the shampoo. I am suprised their is no black box warning on this to use at your own risk!!
Saved my hair
I began using Redken shampooo and conditioner in 2021. I was recommend the product by a friend after a stylist burned my hair. In the past four years the handful of times that I used other products my hair never felt as nice. I would always come back to this product.

I loved the way the duo made my hair feel, but it have me a allergic reaction. As far as I know im bot allergic to anything in this product. Not only was their a reaction, but it gace me acne on the cheeks.
So much hair loss
I've been using these products for 6 months everything was going great but then my hair started falling out bady. Every time I would wash my hair I would have a big ball of hair. Now I know why. I had to chop my hair off because it was so much hair loss. I'm glad that looked at the reviews before I spend another $100+. NEVER AGAIN!
