Unfold the mask, apply the hydrogel side down and remove the white mesh.
Remove the white outer protection on the front of the mask. Leave on for up to 30 minutes.
Remove the mask and massage excess product into the skin.

When I put this on my face started burning badly after about 10 minutes. When I took the mask off I had to wash my face to get the product off but my face burned for quite some time after. Is this normal of did I possibly have a reaction to it?

Our products have been tested to have at least a 3-year shelf life if unopened and stored at normal room temperature, during which they will retain their integrity and perform as expected. Also a picture with a jar, floating lid, and an M is the period after opening (PAO) symbol, which means how long the product is good after opening (12M = 12 months.)
