I love this liner. I sharpened it for the first time, went to use it and the end broke off from the inside of the pencil. I haven't used the pencil since. I have used lots of lip pencils with sharpenernoand no issues, and never had this happen. Suggestion? I don't want to sharpen it more until I get more advice and risk losing more of the product.

- Official Answer By Urban Decay - Brand EngageHi There! Despite the plastic-coated appearance of the 24/7 Glide-On Waterproof Lip Liner, it can be sharpened with a cosmetic sharpener. Our Grindhouse Double Barrel Sharpener would be a great product to use! For best results, turn the pencil gently in the sharpener 3 or 4 times, being careful not to apply excess pressure. After sharpening, remove all shavings from the blade edge. Your sharpener should be replaced whenever the blade has dulled and is no longer giving the expected results. Jilted color bleeds
I gave it two stars because I like the other color I've purchased. But the Jilted color of this pencil flakes off bits of color on your lips, and doesn't apply evenly. I'll have to throw it away, because of course this was past the warrantee period.
Works great to block lipstick feathering!
Love this clear lip liner. I don't line my lips with it, I use it to fill in the age line wrinkles around my lips. It works perfect to block lipstick feathering!
