Why the hype?
Not sure what the hype is about this eyeliner. The only good thing about it is that it barely budges, which is also a bad thing because it doesn't blend. It did not apply smoothly and was extremely difficult to apply to my eyelid. Forget about the waterline….impossible. This eyeliner is dry and hard...

I picked this up in black during the 21 days of beauty, and I was very impressed! It glides on effortlessly, is superr pigmented, and didn't irritate my eyes/contact lenses like so many eyeliners do. I wore it for a 12 hour workday and when I got home it had just barely started to smudge in my inner corners. Highly recommend!!

Best Waterline Eyeliner
It is almost impossible to find an eyeliner that stays in the waterline for longer than a few minutes. I had never heard of this brand; however, liked the reviews and what it advertised it does. I purchased it and love it. It is very pigmented making my eyes pop. Wish they had more colors to choose from, will be purchasing again.
