Fine texture looks natural and evens skin tone. Keeps the shine down but doesn't make my skin look or feel dry. Choosing the right color just by looking at a pic is a bit tricky. It would be nice to have a little guidance in product description, such as warm, cool, neutral. For super fair skin etc.

coverage is okay but the smell of this profduct nauseating. wish i could get a refund cause this is going to waste :( i love essence so i'm hoping they fix their formula i would love to continue supporting this brand.

I tried this because i was sick of cream peoducts creasing and this is one million times better than all my other products. It stays all day at the office, doesnt break me out, looks flawless, and covers perfectly. Also takes 2 seconds to apply and powder puff and mirror are great for on the go touch ups. I live in Jackson, MS and this stays on all day in the sum mer.

Surprising
I saw a couple of online reviews recommending this, but my expectations were low considering the price point. I was surprised by how smooth and flawless my skin looked! I'm definitely a skincare rule-follower, so my skin was well prepped by my normal routine (exfoliation, moisturizer, primer). I didn't test the 16 hour claims, but I can attest to 7 or 8 hours of flawless looking skin. It does have a little bit of scent, but that seemed to fade pretty quickly.
